Artist's Statement
Connections -- I believe we are on this planet to be in relationship with our Creator, with others and with the earth. These connections are important to me, sacred, blessed, and ever blessing me.

At times, I have struggled and felt pulled between working with words alone, as in my prayers, and exploring the nuances and variety in nature, as in the paintings. Lately, I have become aware that these different expressions of my talents are linked. Both are paths to God.
